Almost Done with 2nd Children's Book.
I just finished writing my second children's book. I just have to put
the illustrations and the text together, and then it will be ready for
publishing. It looks like I will meet my deadline. Hopefully.
And of course to celebrate, I'll be doing a Giveaway on Goodreads and on Youtube. So watch The Reading Puppet for details coming soon.

Swinter Read-A-Thon and Miniwrimo :)
So, excited this week is going to be a very, very busy week
for me – with lots of fun stuff. Well, things I consider fun.
1) This week is Swinter Read-A-Thon. If you don’t know what
that is – it’s basically a – Read-A-Thon… Still confused? A read-a-thon is when a people get
together and try to read as much as they can for a certain period of time. Swinter is for a whole week so from 3/16/15 to3/23/15 I’ll be reading along
with other people doing this is. If you want to know how you can join in on the
fun… watch these videos.
The original video created by Lauren TheBookNerd
The Puppet also made a video about the books the puppet will
be reading during the Read-A-Thon
2) This week is also Miniwrino. If you know what Nanowrimo
is – Good for you. If you don’t… well it’s basically takes place in November,
and it stands for National Novel Writing Month. It’s when people try to write a
novel in a month – or try to. However – there is also Camp Nanowrimo which
takes place in April and June – if you’re interested in checking that out.
However . Miniwrimo – is an idea that my local writing group, came up with
where you try to write 10,000 words in 7 days. And it starts on 3/15/15.
These two awesome things happen at the same time – so I will
be writing or reading or maybe just sleeping. Either Way. It will be great fun. :)
